RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or one of the below options. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within ten (10) days of the purchase date. We do not offer an extended holiday return policy. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Your initial shipping charges and any applicable taxes/duties will not be refunded; only the returned items are eligible for refund. To return an item purchased from a retail location, please reach out to them directly.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, then mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. If a return item is lost in transit, Small Bits of Happiness is not responsible for returns that are lost in transit and can only provide a refund upon receipt of item.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least thirty (30) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will work with you to find the best solution. Important: No matter the reason for the return—including damage, sizing issues, or change of mind—the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us. We do not provide prepaid return labels.
