The Addams Family is a classic and wickedly funny Halloween movie with characters that are quirky and likable. The story begins when a man who claims to be Gomez’s long lost brother appears at the door of the Addams Mansion. With time, Mortica becomes suspicious that this man is not who he claims.

This is the long awaited sequel to the original, classic, Hocus Pocus. If you loved the original, this one will not disappoint. We loved the modern vibe with the same humor. The story is similar, it’s about the Sanderson Sisters trying to become immortal once they are awakened on Halloween night. But wait till the end for a major plot twist!

In Halloweentown, the beloved pumpkin king becomes bored with doing the same thing year after year. Once he stumbles into Christmastown, he has an idea. He kidnaps Santa Claus and soon learns that even the best laid plans can take wrong turns. This movie was filmed in stop-motion, and every scene is full of intricate details.

If you love Muppets you will love this one! One Halloween night, Gonzo is challenged to spend the night at the Haunted Mansion. The problem is, if he can’t survive the night, he and his friend will be bound to stay at the Mansion for eternity. It is definitely a fun and entertaining family movie you can watch with younger siblings.

While a highschooler watches a little boy on Halloween, the boy gets kidnapped by the Boogeyman and his monsters. The highschooler gets recruited by a secret society of babysitters to get him back.

Sydney Prescott is being terrorized by a killer, a year after her mother’s death. The killer targets her and her friends through horror movies as part of his conniving game.

This movie is old but the suspense is real. If you are looking for a classic Halloween movie this is it, the slow pace and anticipation keeps you on the edge of your seat. In 1963, a six-year-old boy killed his older sister and was sent to a mental hospital. After 15 years, he escapes and returns to his hometown to find his next victims.

This is a classic horror, inspired by a true story. Teenagers are being killed by a mangler named Freddie Kruger in their dreams, and dying in real life. Nancy and her boyfriend become suspicious that a secret kept by parents might be the key to solving the mystery. This is a genuinely terrifying movie and it is not for the faint of heart – ask for permission before watching.
